Small Seeds
Big Changes
Still other seeds {Kingdom Truths} fell on fertile soil, and they produced a crop that was thirty, sixty, and even a hundred times as much as had been planted! Anyone with ears to hear should listen and understand.” Matthew 13:8-9
THE PREMISE OF THIS DISCIPLESHIP EXPERIENCE IS THAT SMALL SEEDS OF TRUTH RECEIVED DEEPLY AND WELCOMED INTO OUR SOUL CAN PRODUCE A HARVEST OF GROWTH IN OUR WALK WITH GOD! - Pastor Dan
Are you ready to grow?
Ask God to make the soil of your soul soft and receptive to His Word. These nine statements are phrased in a way that you can speak truths into your soul that will steadily grow into an abundant harvest!
"I Know Who I Am"
When God speaks over Jesus at the beginning of His ministry, he says "you are my son, you are loved and I am pleased with you". That's what we all long to hear, and we will go to incredible lengths to get it -often in all the wrong places. Grounding our identity in Christ is the only way to ensure confidence and security. Galatians 2:20
"I Have a Family"
Scripture makes it clear that we are meant to be a part of a Christian community. Paul uses the imagery of a living body with different parts that all fit together. Our faith community is meant to be a safe, loving and nurturing faith where we can grow in the image of God. We aren’t meant to do life alone. We are one part of the diverse body of Christ. 1 Corinthians 12:12
"We Have a Special Gift for God"
Jesus said that God "the Father is out looking for those who are simply and honestly themselves before him in their worship." It's the one thing that God longs for from us. As we worship God, we also find our lives being realigned to who He is. God owns everything but, we can give him the gift of worship.
John 4:23
"I Know How to Love"
Jesus showed us how to love others in a self-giving way that transforms our relationships. John 13:34
